Those fans look amazing as wedding favours, especially in Pakistan…but looking online they seem to be quite expensive if you had a lot of guests.

Check your local Chinatown or dollar store even. Lots of places online will sell them in bulk. We paid 45 cents each for ours, if I remember correctly.
