All Keema is not alike. I learned this the hard way.
Try goat keema instead of cow keema. It is much softer. Good for salan type keema. Cow keema yo can use for burgers and pasta. It's much tougher.

I've used this recipe at least half a dozen times since I first tried it out and it never fails!...I have it bookmarked for quick reference. :D
