keema podina

keema podina 1 lb chicken keema (preferably moti jali ka nikla hua) or any keema of choice
2 med onions sliced
3 med tomatoes sliced
piece of ginger juliened
2 tablespoon garlic
2-3 teaspoon dardar red chilly
oilfor cooking
2 potatoes peeled and cut into cubes
bunch of dhania washed and cut finely
2 bunches of podina washed and leafed and cut
1 bunch green onion washed and cut
salt totaste
2-3 green chilly

heat about 3/4 cup oiland fry onions till golden then add garlicand fry. then put keema amd cook further , add red chilly, salt. ginger when it starts to give fragrance put in potatoes.. put lid on for a few minutes and lowwer heat to medfor like five minutes. after about five minutes put in tomatoes and stir . then cover pan again for a while. when tomatoes have broken up , bhunofy til liquid dries up. then put in cut up dhania, green onions,green chillies and cut up podina and bhunofy further 3-4 minutesand turn off heat. serve with hot chapati or naan
