Does anyone have recipe of keema paratha…where the keema is uncooked. I heard a friend raving about it and would like the recipe. And no I can’t ask that friend.

My mother makes it that way.Its just a basic recipe.Add some chopped onions,cilantro,ginger and garlic,green chillies along with salt,red chillies and zeera seeds to qeema.Add a boiled and mashed potato as a binding agent.Then make the parathas.
I think I have tried it a few times but it takes a bit too long to cook.
