While I was in Kuwait we went to a expensive restaurant and they had nuts in the kebabs…my hubby loved them…any idea what they are called and how to make them?
Dont tell me 2 add just cashew nuts to the mixture lol…and by the way, they were whole and not grinded..
There's a place here (Dubai) we go to and they have pine-nuts in their kabab's..and I once saw a chef apply a beaten egg to bbq'ed kabab's and sprinkle pounded cashew's and put them back on the grill.. He called it "jaali kabab"
