But when these cases concern bloody civilian leaches, I have not even seen one punished as yet. The whole civilian machinery tries to protect them be they junior gillanis or Pervaiz illahi.

Sacking from service is no punishment.
Even sacking from service give them benefit to avoid a court martial .

This shows how army has been corrupt. The bungling from Rs. 7 Billions was enormous. This is just tip of the mountain, more higher army personnel, IG Police and bureaucrats are involved in this loot sale. And I agree they should have been court martial rather than removing from services.
