You seem like big supporter of constitution and coups. Which one is it? You can't have it both ways. Btw, moral righteousness and authority and subjective terms. They only have abstract meanings and they are impractical in real terms/life.
For me (personally), I would not care about my manager’s personal morality but would like to see my manager morally upright in financial affairs (should be honest in financial affairs). Similarly, when comes to governing my country, I would not care about a person’s personal morality but financial honesty would be most important.
Anyhow, as far as constitution of Pakistan is concerned, it cares for both (personal as well as financial morality). Here are clauses that deal with a parliamentarian personal as well as financial morality.
