There seems to be quite a lot of confusion surrounding her v.early life and I’m just wondering if anyone here could clear it up.. I know her dad was apparently Kashmiri (which is believable considering she has very typical Kashmiri features) and she has 7 more siblings but then her dad left. Katrina uses her mum’s surname ‘Turquotte.’ Strange thing to me is that her sis Isabelle looks nothing like her at all, even with the dyed black hair lol.. Do Isabelle and the others have a different father(s) or did the mysterious Kashmiri Muslim father those eight kids and then do a runner?
The whole story seems v.odd. She says her mum went to Harvard and became a top lawyer and her father was a successful and ‘decent’ businessman but surely someone out there would have spilled the beans on who he is and why this so-called ‘decent’ man never saw his own kids again..

^Hard to tell cos of the moustache and it's not a clear pic but am sure he must have had Kashmiri features for Katrina to end up with those sorts of looks whereas the other siblings have totally European features.. Even tho there's the obvious difference in colouring I wouldn't place much importance on skintone alone as an indicator cos obviously that can vary a lot in even in 'full' desi families, one kid can be pale, another medium-toned etc.
None of the others (bar Isabelle - at a stretch - and that's with her dyed black hair) look even vaguely part Kashmiri, none of them have the prominent nose that Katrina has, even tho u can't see it so much in those pics.. I know loads of Kashmiris and a strong feature like that does tend to run in families.. To me Katrina does look Kashmiri but none of the others do in any sort of clear way.. Out of seven or eight or whatever number of siblings there are you'd think at least one other might look that way as well..
comeón yar isabelle and kat look very similiar. n its nt necessary that all siblings luk alike...n we hvnt seen enuff of her siblings pix to notice the resemblance really.

I know obviously siblings don’t all have to look alike (myself and my brother have different hair and eye colours but similar features) but it’s a bit weird that out of 7 or 8 only Katrina looks blatantly desi and Isabelle does half sort of when she dyes her hair black.. the others look absolutely nothing like her in any way shape or form..
I think thats cuz kat got desi cuz of bollywood na. And maybe she was the only one who got her desiness from her dad, who knows. Even if u see her childhood pics she is the only one who looks desi. So yah you are rite bt i think its just a coincidence n the fact that she got into bollywood has to do with how she totally transformed into a desi person.
