Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

I love it.

I’ve always loved it.

Can it be desi-fied?

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

No.

I'm sorry, (well not really sorry) but no one should try emulate Princess Cathrine's dress in any way shape or form.

I'm sure the Queen has a fatwa against it.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

Yes I'm sure it would look lovely if it was desified too.
Net arms are awesome, last summer they were so IN here every high st shop had em in tops, dresses & cardigans.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

Dunno if it could be desified but could wear that style for the civil wedding..

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

I just lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve lace sleeves. They're so elegant and beautiful and her's are just perfect.

The size, length and the lace itself.

I would raise the fabric up all the way but can this become a long gown sort with a dupatta? Or are the gowns gone?

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

can't be desi-fied as is. its just too plain for a desi dress for any formal occasion.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

Well, I'd add work to it. That's for sure. I just love that neckline, the lace, the sleeves, etc.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

^ ok in that case, yes! :p
i guess im having a hard time visualising it as anything other than her dress.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

You know if I were desifying it, I would make it so there was a high yolk, pretty much at the top of her sweetheart neck, but just make it a straight yoke and then a paneled flowy shirt.

Re: Kate Middleton’s Wedding Dress

I think itz Desi version z much lyk diz

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

^I like that, too.

Re: Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress

I think it looks quite desi anyway, the neckline, it has long sleeves, the shape reminds me of lenghas before the long kameez fashion, how much more desi do you want it? :D
