Re: Kasauti --XCIII

See Bulleh shah was a poet, Junaid Bughdadi and Shibli were from Bughdad. So....

Le dey ke Qalandar or someone from Pakistan area (lots of them) who was not a poet is possibility.

My question is still valid. :/

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

No 19th Question- You guys should've asked questions regarding the Sufi instead of saying random Sufi names.

Yes i said what is now Pakistan, it should've given you a hint that it wasn't Pakistan then, Perhaps could've asked me if it was part of an empire but no! :D

Sara you're so close :) But i dont think you're gonna get it now... You guys didn't even ask if the Sufi was famous or had a shrine?! Or what city in Pakistan he lived in?!!!!!! Or if he had written any famous books? But you had to throw in Random sufi names. :D

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

Abul Hassan Ali Hajvery (more commonly known as Data Gunj Baksh) :faizy:

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

you are soooo bad McPendu. :D

Since he moved from Afghanistan to what is now Pakistan so I thought shahbaz Qalandar.

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

YES!!! Finally! You got it Partyslims. Lol for once i thought you were gonna throw a random Sufi name too

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

He actually moved from Iraq to Lahore. He was exciled in Lahore and thats where he wrote a master piece a treaties on Sufism called Kash-al-Mahjub. This book is pure magic, read it and you'll be transformed. But i'm disappointed that none of you asked any substantial questions but instead gave me names of sufis.

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

Congrates to Partyslims!!!!!

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

I just remembered the recent tragedy at Data Darbar, and then it clicked.

Re: Kasauti --XCIII

Ah yes the hearts of the Sufis are filled with music my friend… to end this kasuati Rumi would say You couldn’t achieve God through prayer, but i have through dance…rejoice in the name of the beloved and drink from the tavern of love.

Kasauti --XCIV

Pretty simple game. You have to guess a famous person or place or event/inventions/technology in 20 questions.

For this game I have suggested a PERSON.

Rules:

  1. Only 20 questions can be asked.
  2. We will only answer Yes or No, so think before you post questions.
  3. Question within question would weigh total number of questions (example:- was he a famous 20th century scientist? would weigh 2 questions if it's already not established that personality IS a scientist).
  4. If you want a hint then it will cost you 2 questions.
  5. Members can pm AV MODS if they have something in mind and they want other members to guess it.
  6. Guessing GUPPIES is not allowed, although they are famous but still NO.
  7. You can discuss it with other players and post questions for each other's attention. When you do this, start your post with "not a question for game" and we will ignore that post.
  8. The winner will host the next Kasouti game. Winner will PM AV mods the next question, DO NOT change it once game has started and stick with what you have PMed AV mods.
  9. The Winner will act as Host of the next thread and must QUOTE & NUMBER the questions and answer with a Yes or No .

Re: Kasauti --XCIV
