Thats what we are trying to figure out, since he said that he was a POLITICAL figure .. .. I had alexandar/ghenghis in my mind but this thing struck my head. so lets see what answer does he give to the question that @Sehrysh asked.

Just because he may have been a conqueror does not negate the possibility of him also being a political figure. He may have shaped empires and the succeeding nations and political systems.
