It matters because you were refering to BALOCH Militants not welcoming people too Quetta..
The point is, Quetta is not a Baloch town, its a majority Pashtun town.
And FYI, even in the rest of Balochistan, there are ethnic Punjabis and Pashtuns. Infact, I have a friend who makes regular visits to Balochistan and has yet to be made unwelcome in any part of the province...
