can someone please share authentic and tested recipe please. When we used to live in Bangalore there was a tea shop called Infinitea Tea Room they had the best teas ever, and their kashmiri kahva was to die for. The kharoos owner did not even let a word out how to make it, even though in 2 years that we lived in blr, I went fot kahva 2-3 times a week 
I have tried few recipes, but I dont get the same depth and perfect balance of flavours.
