I don’t deal in conjecture. I don’t deal in assumptions. Where does that text state that Pakistan has start withdrawal first. If you recall, Pakistan has always maintained a policy of simultaneous demilitarization by both parties. India has always rejected any claims of demilitarization on its side.

And if you read your own text Hollowman it states that India can only maintain a minimal force for the sake of security. That to any sane man = police. Not half a million troops.
