Let’s discuss it on a serious note.Legends' who have been around here for years, saying they will get Kashmir from India militarily ,pls refrain from posting such utopian’ stuffs here.
Do you people see any chance in resolving the so called `Kashmir Issue’?
Ps:-Obama administration has made it clear that they will not mediate India-pak talks on Kashmir. This is a set back to both hardliners and softliners.
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
I will not get into what should happen, since we have many threads talking about Kashmir belonging to Pak, independence for Kashmir etc.
From an Indian perspective no government/political party in India can afford to sign away Kashmir to Pakistan/independence. So the only solution possible is to integrate Kashmiris into the Indian mainstream.
Another option (voiced by radical parties) is to abolish Article 370 and diversify the population of Kashmir. This does not seem too likely in the near future.
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
I do see foresee changes such as:
Increased control by USA on govt of Pakistan and G.O.Pakistan in turn of those elements of its agencies that in the past have sent in cross border terrorists as well as trained separatists hailing from inside
The separatists mounting one last violent offensive which hopefully gets crushed by our military in no uncertain terms and with minimal collateral damage to civilians
People of Kashmir increasingly getting into the now established and pronounced democratic process
As a result of above, not just Kashmir but whole of J&K participating in robust economic and cultural development like all other parts of India
The one thing I am not sure about is how much of the displaced pundits will return to their land of origin and how fast. I think a lot of them would like to but will need assurances and help from the government.
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
As far as India is concerned, the only problem/issue in Kashmir is terrorism sponsored from across the border. Once that stops, we will have a solution.
No other solution is either acceptable or possible.

Yeah, Indian hypocrisy is rather disgusting... Only problem is India occupation. While there may not be a solution, I certianly hope the y continue to kil as many of your soldiers as possible.
India is nothing more then a modern version of the british empire... All be it much uglier and far more incompetant...
Tragic… India is a really retarded nation. Born out of collonial rule, it imposes the same on others… So while you celebrate your freedom, you deny it to others. You people really are disgusting and evil… Hope you get a thousand more Mumbais.

Pakistan got its handed to it with one kasab. you cannot handle any more Mumbais.
Talking of colonial rule, where did Pakistan come from?
And talking of 'freedom', does your bleeding heart apply that to Balochistan?
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
Frankly, there can be no solution as long as Indians sit around deluding themselves into thinking that this is just an issue of "cross border terrorism," and that baring Pakistani involvement, the people of Kashmir are happy under Indian subjugation.
Like it or not, the Kashmiri people are a party to the resolution of the Kashmir conflict. And as much as you may want to convince yourself to the contrary, hatred of Indian occupation runs deep in Kashmir. The fact that your government has sent 700,000 soldiers into our tiny state...occupying farmland, schools, businesses, and homes...and empowered with the legal right to kill any Kashmiri civilian without so much as a shred of evidence (according to your Supreme Court's recent ruling)...doesn't really help either.

I can not stop laughing at your spinning of words...
If want to talk about retarded minds..go to Pakistan....They are freely available there....
Who in the world talk like that..only ugly mind think like that ..If that is the case you want.....your country's problems will be eternal....you sick minded...
After reading several of your posts...I forgot to ask you ' have you been to hospital lately to get checked your brain ?
I know.. replying to your post like throwing a stone into rotten mud ...but could not resist my itch...

My country's history as a distinct, sovereign political entity dates back to over 1,500 before your "India" even came to exist. A brutal, illegal occupation of our land hasn't changed its basic cultural/historical/territorial integrity.

Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn*
Why do not ask Pakistan and China to get your Kashmir back my friend?....Brutality or whatever....It may sometimes be needed against those who kill innocent people in the country??How many times have you raised your voice aginst brutality of brainwashed f**ing heads coming from westrn border of my country...and killing innocents....
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
If you're going to attempt to discuss these things, at least try and do so intelligently.
"Kashmir" consists of those areas inhabited by Koshur-speakers, that is to say, the Kashmir Valley and parts of the Doda district. All of these areas are under Indian occupation. The rest of the artificial colonial construct of "Jammu & Kashmir" is really not my concern, and should certainly be free to whatever they want with their respective territories. Regarding Aksai Chin and the Shaksgam Valley [areas of Baltistan/Ladkah (again, not Kashmir) lost by the governments of India and Pakistan respectively to China], I'm really not going to worry about the status of a couple of uninhabited glaciers when my own Kashmir is languising under foreign occupation. Similarly, Pakistan controls areas of Western Jammu and Gilgit/Baltistan; none of "Kashmir" is under Pakistani rule. And from what I gather, the people who inhabit those areas generally aren't demanding independence from Pakistan. That would make sense, considering the fact that their grandparents rebelled in favor of joining Pakistan back in 1947-48. In any case, if they wish to be a part of Pakistan, then more power to them.
As for the rest of your post, rest assured, no cross border militant has committed atrocites on the same scale as your brave jawans.
Re: Kashmir..........How many of you do see chances of a solution?
This is why there will be no peaceful solution to the Kashmir policy. Look at how your Indian comrade is treating a Kashmiri who is asking for his right to self-determination. Something the Indian govt has agreed is their right.
Imagine, now a Indian soldier with a gun and a very shot fuse. That man rapes and kills Kashmiris regularly.
You want peace in Kashmir. First accept you have commited war crimes and crimes against humanity in Kashmir and we see from there.

My dear friend CM.. you are now singing overtures of peaceful solution...Had not Pakistan encouraged terrorism in Kashmir valley...bet you...solution would have been found by now...Violence makes things much more tighter..Nobody wins in that game...Unfortunately, some (from either sides) have chosen wrong path...
One of cousins works in Kashmir..who says there is always exaggeration of wrong things by the local politicians....Do not listen to them too much...
Read other threads CM...how Balochis are being treated there???..You can listen to the biased voice...
