Why should Pakistan withdraw when India forcefully took over a state aka Junagadh that merged with Pakistan? The difference is that it was hindu majority while kashmir is muslim majority. If India was serious, then it would accept a third US / Russia led force to do referendum.

It wasn’t Pakistan but nehru who not so soon said that lets not do referendum after he himself took the matter to UN.

I am not saying Pakistan should or should not withdraw, she has already given some land to China, I was about disputed territory and UN resolution.
