There can be a different side to this one.Right after Kasab was caught he was severly beaten up by people who were in that area and either they would have or the people who nursed him at Nair's Hospital in Mumbai would have used this term and that would have made some effect on Kasab.Or he would have heard this word from people when he had gone on a killing spree at CST.
