Once, on a slow day at the border, the Pakistani Army decides to do something creative. Someone suggests that they should call out a name which is common amongst the Indians and when the reply comes, they’d shoot the guy judging by the direction of the sound. It was decided that “Kartaar Singh” was a common name.
So, one of the Pakistani soldiers calls out. “Kartaar Singh !!!”. The reply comes: “Jee sir?” … the gun fires “Tthaa !!!” and Kartaar Singh is no more.
And again: “Kartaar Singh !!!” … “Jee sir?” … “Tthaa !!!”
And again and again and again …
Now the Indians get quite worried and decide to give the Pakistani’s a taste of their own medicine. Upon consultation, it is decided that “Allah Ditta” is a common name amongst the Pakistani’s.
So someone calls out: “Allah Ditta !!!” … the reply is “Allah Ditta chhutti te, too’n kaun?” … “Kartaar Singh” … “Tthaa !!!”
