I don’t think so many of you would know what karooth is .
Its made from goats milk, treated and hardened into ball like structures , Its originally from Afghanistan . It’s a main ingredient in a dish called “Aash” (shahreen please elaborate) and can also be eaten with “khichri”
Most of my Punjabi friends, rather some of my Pathan friend’s too, are repelled by the taste and the smell…..
Well its an acquired taste …only the blue blood enjoy it :king:

I think ive had it, if your talkin abt the same thing,
it's hardened cheese in other words....it's got a cheese taste..
it's put in banjan bouranie..

Kissi bhi milk se nanta hay...
The Goat and Cow milk wala.. a bit Yeloowish hota hay.. BUT... from Buffolow milk its Pure White..
ANd.. MM is right its.. a sort of HARD CHEEZ :)
