You think this exists? I have seen so many people in my life who have done shizz in my life but still having fun & enjoying their life. Why such people dont suffer for what they have done to others?
In the very simplistic terms, yes Karma is real. However, Karma does not strike back immediately. If it did strike back immediately, every one would be pious, non-greedy and a kind human. Karma chooses its time and place to strike back very patiently so only very few people would ever witness it while it causes the most pain. But we must also keep in mind that what one individual calls right or wrong doesn't matter. For example, if an employer fires an employee without being unjust but the employee sees that firing as unfair and hopes karma would strike back at the employer then that may never happen.
Your example is not valid since employer has a right to fire the employee for valid reasons, so its not unjust.
You think kids bear the consequences of parents msitakes? Some people say its not kids fault only parents should go through the punishment but one gets hit where it hurts & nothing causes more pain then seeing your kids on pain.
^^^ My example is valid, read it again.
Yes, I do think kids, grand kids and kids further down do bear the consequences of sins (not "mistakes") of a person. The sins committed to benefit one's own children are often major sins, which are largely responsible for social decay in a society. Decades later, when such parents see their own children going through difficulties, its a punishment like no other. I believe that is justified. Its hard to find an evil person who is not sincere with their own children. I have seen karma happening to people's children for the sins they committed decades ago to other people's children. I knew a lady who was single handedly responsible for lots of marital issues in other people's lives for the sake of entertainment, gossip and to make her own family shine. The lady lived a long and healthy life, but decades later only to witness far worse marital issues and non-marital issues affecting her own children and grand children.
I don't think there is perfect justice in this world even in the long term. That's why there is afterlife and Day of Judgment.
