do you have your pictures posted or can you email me please??? i would love to see the dresses.

I really like dr haroon but i don’t think i can pull off traditional look. also the long shirts dont suit everyone. but the pictures i saw in one of the threads makes my mouth watery, and i am thinking again if i want elegant / traditional look or something else for my wedding day. I am so confused, because there is no one back home to help me or go visit the designers to give me feedback. I only have this forum and i am trying my best to keep it together.

if you want to be the uber traditional pakistani bride then go with dr haroon. if u have the budget then go with bunto.

otherwise go with karma. i got my bridal from there and if i turned back time theres no doubt in my mind that i would choose the same dress. i really loved it that much. when i finally went bridal shopping in khi there was really no budget in my mind but i absolutely fell in love with that dress.

you should go around and meet with different designers and see what appeals to u most.

quite honestly, dont just go to someone cuz something is ‘heirloom worthy’. go there if you really love the style of the dresses. i know for sure it wouldnt have mattered where i got my bridal from (karma, bunto, hsy) , i would not want my daughter wearing my bridal, i would want her to go thru that experience and choose something that would appeal to her personality and taste.

really any bridal is heirloom worthy if it means something special to u and ur daughter, u can pass it on to her. she can hold on to it as is or make something else out of it. but really go with a designer whos outfits appeal to you for your own wedding.
