i have to tell you - not to rain on anyone's parade, but karma makes very stylish clothing, but you do compromise on the quality. the quality of designers like nilofer shahid, bunto and hsy are not of the same caliber. karma is sort of more flashy, and not as subtle. be cautious of that.
otherwise, the style is great. i know someone who wore this exact dress too!

yes noname is right, these designrs have a rod shoved up thier ass, n they think they r all that! to outdo them when u go visit the designer u have to act very snobbish, act liek u own the place, and not give a **** about what the designer says... this way they have to work extra hard to hed to your needs... it works for sum but not all to be quiete honest... sum designers r just very very strict with thier prices n wont budge... my sisters getting married in december and she got her shaadi joora from bunto, n we have a very close relationship with her, shes been freinds with my mom n dad for the past 30 years n we r very very close, but still she didnt give us much of a discount her lengha cost her 3 laks, after a 50% discount... not only that for all mendhi, shaadi n walima my other sister n mom got all their outfits from her, so we got 9 heavy heavy jooras from her n still she didnt give much of a discount at all! but i can tell u shes going to to do a out of a world job for everything we ordred, shes going to be at the wedding so she wouldnt want ppl to talk smack abt a lengha she designed lol...
for the walima my sister is getting it from HSY, n he is her father in laws cousin, but he gave a very heafty discout so i guess i differes from deigners to designers...

Bunto and Taufiq are too much of a traditionalist for me - as per design, they do a good job sure, quality is esxcellent - but i would much rather want to be a contemporary modern bride ...

Yeah, that's who it is...
random i was just at a reception (the bride’s valima pic was on here for a short time) but i’m glad they gave her a reception here in “amrika” 
because i could see for myself how lovely the work was, and the craftsmanship. i welcomed the color I never thought that white and cream colored valima dresses would be common for desi culture but it really is, baby pink is overdone as well so this was a great color choice or so i think. Karma did a lovely job and you can’t see it in the pic but the material had a little design to it as well.
please do not quote i am hesitant as it is to post this up here…

can anyone pls tell me if the outfit in this link is the same as the one in the pix below? Karma Jahan Ara Bridal
does anyone have any clearer pix of the outfit on the karma website or of something very similar? the picture is quite dark and u cnt really see the detail or colours properly. the website also allows u to select the outfit and go to checkout. has any1 ever purchased a karma outfit this way from abroad without seeing it in person or dealing with them face to face?

well i can confirm that is the same outfit from karma as the pic of the bride u have 
its very pretty, i love karma and will be goin there for all my bridal attire. in my opinion its usually best to deal face to face with pakistani designers as u may end up with somthing u didnt want, but i think karma is very professional with the work.
