I am dealing with people in the market right now and they tend to delay a lot. Don’t pick up the calls so I end up going there and then similar excuses like light nahi thee (tu kia aap motor say chaltay ho?) I think if they work in front of me, I’d at least know they are not working or have left for the village and so on. Deductions in the salary based on attendance should solve the problem of frequent deaths back home, no? In that case I can have some alternative option like going to someone else and getting it done on time.
