im flattered...though i'd prefer if u'd have called me handsome instead of gorgeous...
Kareena is definitely not my favorite, but I appreciate the sentiment. Yeah, we don't need someone else telling us we are gorgeous, but I definitely think it's better than all the "you are different, and we fear this difference, so lets all kill each other" crap that invades the media.
And yeah, the "love across the border" stuff can be a bit much. we shouldn't be fake. but at least we can set a better example, show that there is more to pak-indian relations than war and hate.
Plus, how can we assume that she's being fake?

Kareena IS my fave actress in bollywood. I just loved her in Asoka. Recommended viewing.

What is this 'like we need her to tell us that we are beautiful' attitude??? She was under no obligation to make such a comment but she did and thats sweet of her. Whether she meant it or not is besides the point.
