i mean think about it they knew that the dress was no longer fit for a bride to wear and they went through all the trouble getting it fix, kind of shows bit u know those people giving tradition how value even if it means nothing and surely this is second marriage of saif ali khan means karina is third lady to wear it, sounds strange. Though it is their personal matter but it kind of show that despite of getting into modern era they are still that same black cat believes, even having high status and good education they still cant break through, but then again its their family tradition, important to them.

Because they got married against his parents wishes ..Amrita was much older than Saif and unfortunately that didn’t go well with Sharmila Tagore.

Kapoors are naturally quite friendly and fun people compare to Bachans who I find extremely uptight, pretentious and overly concious of their name brand, I know it sounds weird but I kinda appreciate how both Kapoor sisters came out as brides and waved at their fans.. a very Royal tradition but in todays time its a nice gesture I believe. I think its nice, these people are who they are because of their fans and somewhere along the line their fans probably get more excited and warmed up about their wedding than some of their own friends and family members perhaps.

The 'we are God's gift to the earth' attitude Bachans put up during Ash and Abhi was disgusting.

I am strictly against selling of wedding and baby pics but its nice to see when these big stars decide to share a pic or two with their fans.

yes, Amrita had converted to Islam, which probably was not a difficult choice as her mother was Muslim, father Sikh.

Through her father, she is a relative of novelist Khushwant Singh and businessman Sir Sobha Singh of New Delhi.
