I heard many times (in dramas/news etc.,) that some peoples from Karachi, says ‘Hum Karay Thy’, ‘Aisa karay Thy’ etc. This accent, lingo, and/or dialect spoken only by some Karachiites and I believe I never heard such from any others i.e., Sindhi, Punjabi, Balochi and Pakhtun. I found peoples of India saying in such accent, lingo and/or dialect. 
Anyone, would like to shed some light?

I think its Bihari dialects. But similar words are used in Sindhi and Punjabi.
In Sindhi : Karyan tho (kar raha hoon)... TahwaaN karyo (aap karen)
In Punjabi: KaraN main Nazaara jadon ondi tasweer da.
Karachi's urdu is now different than the Urdu spoken in Delhi and Lucknow six decades back. Urdu as spoken in today's Lucknow and Delhi is different from Urdu as spoken in Karachi and other parts of Pakistan. Same is true for other langaues of the region.

Bhai, Sindhi or Punjabi jo urdu boltain hain, at least woh Urdu ya Urdu ki tarha hoti hy (dialect, accent) ke lihaz se. Magar yeh jis andaaz mein bola jata hy, is se to lagta hi nahi hy k yeh urdu bol rahain hain :nono:

Urdu got different dialects like other languages. When it mixes with other languages new words and accents are created, which looks alien to those who don’t know other langauges. Rajhistani style Urdu, contain Thaaro maaro… Hyderabadi style Urdu conatin batiyyan, rataan type words which are otherwise not spoken in other areas.

Thaaro Maaro kiya Mahool bhai ki taraf ishara kr rah ho 
Lekin urdu ka aik standard hota hy or hona chahiyeh jis mein accents/dialect at leat aik jaise hony chahiyeh.

Believe me or not I think some Pakhtun face difficulties while speaking Urdu but somehow they try to speak Urdu as it is. However, those who "karay Thy" don't.
And i don't know why.

KaraN (Punjabi) is derived from the Urdu word karon. Kar liya hai aur kiya hai are both Urdu words. But "kara hai" is not. It sounds very bonga. I don't know why people do it.

“Kara tha” gets on my nerves. It just sounds jarring. I’ve heard it from two Punjabis. One is a friend, whom it seems, doesn’t know better cuz Urdu is not a dominant language for her. And the other is my cousin who does know better par pata nahi kahan se yeh “kara tha” kehne ki aadat pakar li hai. So, the latter is worse.
