PhD to Rehman Malik was a political joke.

But I think this is more of a provincial issue than federal. Rehman Malik doesn’t control police in the province.

I don’t have much problem with Rehman Malik being awarded a PhD. My issue is the reason he was awarded that PhD. Extreme shamelessness.
