Re: Karachi, You are Killing Me!
If not Karachi, then any publisher from Lahore should have done the job. Lately, Sang e Meel, who is publishing most of Urdu works from classics like Tilsm e Hoshruba to new writers, started publishing English books (though most on history and research).
I think besides publishers choice, writers also want to be published outside Pakistan. That gives them a feeling of being internationally recognised (even that means the book is not sold at all in country where its published). I don’t how many Indian readers will be interested in this book.
