KARACHI, in January, will be less colder then your city…however, since KARACHI’s weather is quite moody..you never know when it takes a ninety degree turn!!
There are some B&B’s at Clifton…which have quality service and boarding…though I would suggest DHA Club or the Sindh Club.. if you have a reference of any member or a club in your city.
MAID & DRIVER are as hard to get…as a National Assembly seat!! hence THAT is one place where you need prayers and good wishes if not good luck! More answers later…

U mentioned DHA & Sindh Club.......r these places safe if someone's on their own and what is their budget like ...I'd really appreciate it if U would find out how much they ask if i stay like 6 weeks there ? Someone told me they may ask in Dollars if i'm booking from abroad but i'd like to knoe in ruppees & dollars if possible...........

Its not correct! Karachi's weather has always been very much dependable.
January in Karachi is the coldest month. The first week is the coldest with night temperature around 7 and day temperature around 22. Bring Dove soap with you as the winter blowing in from North-East is very much dry during this time of the day.
thx Mostar ....ur the first who has actually mentioned the temperature in detail at least now i have an idea what i should be wearing ... .........cuz everyone had me confused when they said its pleasant and then they'd tell me wear warm clothing .......
But it would be a horrible experience for you to drive here! That will be worst nightmere for you here! Too much horns, recekless driving, overtakings and no concern whatsoever for pedastrains here!
