Im presuming that ur going to be studying in the royal college of physicians and surgeons - thats in clifton. They have their own hostel too on campus for girls. If ur living alone it wudnt be safe to have a maid or a driver unless u have a solid reference for them. Weather is unpredictable in karachi in the fall, sometimes hot sometimes cold, but its usually cool in the evenings. Theyre many hotels in clifton, so which one u choose depends on ur budget.

i guess the and safest place to stay is definetly defence away from all hungama... the most popular stores , eatries are in that area..people lving in defence cant live without servants so they are more in number than the residents ..so finding a maid and driver wont be problem...also some excellent sonography clinics are in defence clifton area
