Kahoochiyrans are I guess stuffed puris with daal and eaten with carrot achar and aloo bhujiya thing… this is what I had when I was in Karachi… It is one of the most yumious thing…yum!
Oh and they are smaller in size compared to puriyan. You basically use the pooriyan dough. Stuff them with little moong daal mixture. It is bhoni howi daal mixturre slightly mushed (you stuff it the same way you would stuff keema or aloo for keemay/aloo walay parathay). Fry them in hot oil till goldren brown. Enjoy them with carrot achar and aloo salan.
PS. I don’t know how to make puri dough but I know lot of recipes for the puri dough have been posted.
