PTIs protests have always been peaceful. I wont talk about PAT, as I dont follow the party. But regardless, dealing with protests in a proper manner is the govts responsibility. Just 3 days ago, a teenager was shot dead by police in the US, resulting in widespread riots, looting, destruction of property and what not. Trouble makers exist everywhere.. Its the job of an independent police department to tackle with them in a logical and calculated way…not make stupid decisions like blocking entire cities just to stop a march that will be passing through, and certainly not make decisions based on orders of PMs and CMs. Security departments are supposed to be independent, and make decisions that make sense to the wider population.
