In the course of research, I did have a chance to talk to some of the current residents of Karachi and who happened to be somewhat ‘in the field’…
PTCL is one option to go
but they talked about Fascom Dish system for static IP… and the person who mentioned it was not ready to give me any solution for Business other than Fascom 
anyone has detailed info on that??
