No wonder why we see political parties ( MQM , PPP , ANP , ST ) , banned Religious outfits ( Sipha-e-Shaba , Sipah-e-Muhammad , LEJ ) , Government bodies ( Police , KMC , KDA ) fighting for their share , resulting in the bloodshed we witness in Karachi ..

People blame those 'one or two' political parities because they are in Government almost all the time in Karachi. It is the responsibility of the GOVERNMENT to secure peace in the city and province. Now, if they are involved in those crimes as well, then it is double jeopardy, something like your security guard continuously stealing from your house or your bodyguard plotting your murder.
