Kangna is not a bad actress (better than aishwarya) but she doesn't look anything even close to madhubala.

Aishwarya**, I agree, is pretty, but doens't resemble Madhubala. And although I don't think she's a remarkable actress, she played Jodha well and can handle "royal roles" HOWEVER.....she can't play the role of Madhubala. Aishwarya struggles with emoting on screen. Not a good choice.
Madhuri....I agree would be the best choice. Madhubala was pretty but she wasn't fragile and delicate looking like Ash and Kangna. She was more sturdier like Madhuri. Plus, Madhuri's face has been often times likened to Madhubala by the media. And Madhuri comes the closest in resembling Madhubala (the both have full lips and an enticing full smile).
aish doesnot resemble madhubala from any angle....both have different faces....but why i went for her was coz to portray madhu u need to have an xtremely pretty women to play madhubala (aish is perfect choice in that manner) since madhu was considered very very pretty in her times too...she is also a good actress....has not given great performances in all her films but has doen a great job in some
if they want a look alike of madhu then madhuri will be a good choice...she is pretty n a good actress

kangana dont luk like madhubhala, ash's actin is OTT, madhuri wud b gud bt shes old now.....pakistani actresses havi strikin similarity to madhubhala, mayb cos she were pathan.
i love kangana. she seems like a beautiful person both inside and out. and she is a good actor. ....her urdu is lovely, as is her voice...it has a torment, sadness to it....i dont know...it touches me.

MAdhubala has more western girl looks while Madhuri is pure Indian beauty.Anywayz they both cannot be compared even Kangna is not as beautiful as Madhubala.
