He should thanks his fellow bowlers for sending so many catches his way. Had he held on to all the dropped catches/missed stumping he would be in top 5 by now.

He only seems to have this problem when playing in England. Not sure why.

Adam Gilchrist is the best wicket-keeper batsman of all time by some distance IMO

The best Dis/Inn ratio (2.17) and batting average of 47.60 (5570 runs) with 17 test hundreds

Considering the amount of tests K Akmal played versus dismissals...he is still slightly ahead of Wasim Bari and Mark Boucher... :)

PS: But Kamran Akmal is still too bad...kick him out of the team...lol

No one's supporting Kamran here.

But it just proves in Kamran's case that stats can be very misleading

I want Kamran on top despite of his drop catching ratio.
Bari like today always played a role of dictator …I was just checking record books and wounder we had Tasleem Arif who scored double Century in his 3rd Test against Aussies but i regret that even Selector didn’t give him chance in ODI’s (he played only 2 ODi’s ) despit of poor batting of Bari’s.
Tasleem Test Career was ended with a batting average of 62.62.

Captain Jee, count every series in all countires between summer 2006 when Pakistan played England and 2010 when Pakistan played australia. Akmal struggled everywhere during that 4-5 years period.
