she bhoonofies the methi seeds in a pan, no oil added. the nshe crushes them up and drops them in mustard oil. is good to use after a couple of days. for quantity she said use about a handful of methi daana to a jam wala jar of oil. i would say about 1:8.

Someone else gave me the similar totka, to crush methi dana and let it soak into olive oil for a couple of days..i think it came out too thick though so it hasn’t been properly absorbed. Anyways so i got another bottle of kalonji… so i should just put it on the scalp and put another oil on the rest of my ahir? i’v heard kalonji is “garam” so can’t leave it on for long..
