Kalonjee for lose weight?

Some one told me if you take ‘kalonjee’’ empty stomach in morning with luke warm water it helps losing weight…

Anyone tried know about it??

i have heard about mehti dana u leave like 1 tsp methi dana in water for over nite and than drink the water of it in morning with empty smotach

My MIL does it but I think she takes it to keep her sugar level down.

I had it to lose weight just like u mentioned and I think it did help....but then I heard that it reduces your fertility...I am not sure about it though...

You need to take a pich with luke warm water with empty stomach.I take 1/4 TSP with cold water , but can't drink wram water....Anyone tried that?

I can't imagine kalonji adversely affecting your fertility. Can someone do some research and confirm this please?

***I've tried kalonji for about a 6 week period during which I din't get any exercise and was eating out however I did notice no increase in weight like I had expected.

I do think it works to maintain weight......***

not sure abt kalonji but i have heard of ajwain and my mums cuzon did it and she lost quite a lot of weight in span of 3-5 months sumthing....its specially good for the belly....!!

yes its is said that Kalongi has all positive effect.
well i have told about a mixture thats i one table spoon all of the following ingridients.
kalongi
ajwain
meethi dana
and isabghol(husk)
all gring together and having pinch three times a days with water helpssss a lot of weight reduce and belly too.

thats another issue but i have told this by hakeem for weight loss.may be it cures horamaes too.but this one is good i still use it.no harm no nothing and contrill weights if u do it .
