South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis scored 50 in just 24 balls against Zim. Earlier he had taken 4/13 as Zim were shot out for 54. Kallis broke Bothams record who had taken 26 balls to score 50 against India in 1981/82 season.

Errr.....Not exactly Kallis took 24 balls to score the fifty, while Jaysuriya, Afridi and others have done it in less then 20 balls. Jaysuriya still holds the record for fastest fifty off of 16 balls against Pakistan back on '96 in the Singapore Cup.......

My bad, I saw the score card with SA batting scoring 300 odd runs in 50 overs, I figured must've been a ODI. In any case......Kallis needs to take more wickets.....
