not the cleanliness stuff…actually the thing is if the animal has had any disease its organs get affected and not its muscles. also in larger animal (cow etc) the parasites n stuff they live in the organs…therefore its better to avoid eating organs (kidney,brain,kalaiji etc)…get it?
its ok to eat once in a while e.g on qurbani when u know it was your own animal..but generally better to avoid it.
