How many of you just cannot stand the kaleiji taste or are really looking forward eating it…

I love Kaleiji and i cook it as well :slight_smile:

i don't like it.....its too heavy n stinks...also eating organs is not the safest thing to do.

I don’t :hinna:..but ab i try to close my nose and kinda gulp aik do chotey chotey pieces…cuz its supposed to be v healthy :bummer:

not the cleanliness stuff......actually the thing is if the animal has had any disease its organs get affected and not its muscles. also in larger animal (cow etc) the parasites n stuff they live in the organs...therefore its better to avoid eating organs (kidney,brain,kalaiji etc)...get it?

its ok to eat once in a while e.g on qurbani when u know it was your own animal..but generally better to avoid it.

every Halal thing is good for health but it depends on how ur work before cook n after as well..................

why is this thread a sticky? shuoldn’t this thread be in household affairs? is this thread supposed to be about eid because i fail to see anything eid related in it besides kaleji, unless chicken’s qurban is allowed for eid now
