Mr K, people from your part of the world shouldnt be awake when people in my part of the world are awake

its to do with nature... the planet cant cope with everyone being awake at the same time

LD, I will like to go to sleep, but I cannot. I am debating on going to work in an hour or so..... I have been working crazy hours for the last one month (15 to 16 hours a day has been norm). My sleep cycle is all messed up....
