IDK how to phrase this question! 
Molvi’s remove the effect of black magic, right? Does anyone have the number of any molvi living in the United Arab Emirates or in Pakistan?

Jaado is barhuq in Islam. Means the presence of jadoo is established since it was also spelled on our Prophet 
according to some hadith in Sahi Bukhari.
Despite this, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of molvi’s who are expert in curing the Jaado. Pakistan is full of fake molvis who tend to ask for large amounts of money, jewellery etc and you cannot be sure of their authenticity. You might find some genuine molvi in Pakistan but I think its really difficult.
I suggest you to keep on reciting 4 Quls and Ayat ul Kursi. Also try to do sadaqah.

Trust me there are some dodgy molvis around.... the type that ask for money etc DON'T go there
I personaly believe a molvi her in the UK who are originaly from Pakistan... Mashallah they are realy good they never charge anything and get annoyed if a payement is suggested...
They follow strick Sunnah.

While presence of jadoo is established, toor (solution) of it is already prescribed by Surgeon General (Allah & Prophet)
Once you have prescription from Surgeon General, you don’t want to go to doctor-at-the-corner-of-the-street (Maulvi) to get another prescription. Do you?

If these surah do not work and moulvi is not able to help then go to a psychiatrist . Those people who might know kala jado are long dead , it does not exist anymore.In 100 percent of the cases now a days it is a psychiatric issue.
It is like Quran says there are jins , people swear to have seen them , but even sahaba of Rasool Allah could not see Jins for reference see Sahih Bukhari , so humans of these days are making fake claims or hallucinating which is a psychiatric condition an is treatable.
Same way Quran talks about sahar/magic/jadoo but it is talked about to be in existence in ancient history therefore the people who swear to be affected by any kind of magic are hallucinating which is again a psychiatric condition and is treatable.

You may dam surah falq and surah naas on water and drink it. you may also spray this water on walls.

The ones who will work with you and are real...are the ones who will not charge. I dont know how to get in touch with these people in UAE, but best thing is to ask family and friends who are in Pakistan who might know someone trustworthy. They'll tell you , if in fact, true jadoo has been done, and if so, what dua's to read to undo it.
Read the Quran as much as possible. Surah Yaseen , Surah Rahman are big ones. Manzil is a collection of ayas that are very powerful - you read that again and again, and it can have an effect of breaking jadoo too.
But 99% of the time, it's honestly in your head.

Nevertheless, reading these duas, staying steadfast to prayer, and focusing on your work and goals all help even if it psychiatric.
If you're seeing and hearing things, I'd see a psychiatrist also. Might be jadoo, but might also be a condition that just needs treatment.
I dont know. I think there is a fine line between bewitchment and true medical conditions. I've seen some cases that honestly, have been very difficult to treat with medicines, and I've always suspected some jadooo involved.
But maybe I'm just paranoid.

There are things in this world that we can't explain, and jadoo is one of them. I've seen some crazy **** in my life, so I dont doubt for one second that it exists. Seen it affect people first hand.
