meri non technical skills ke baarey mai public mai poochna zaroori tha 
well i eitehr use MS word for that and then take a screenshot then crop out aagey peechey ka…
else MS paint.
Paint is easier & quicker but lesser pic editing option.

can you see a capital " A" written kaheen paint mai ?
click on that…phir come to your image and wahan pe you can make a box jitna bara chahiye,then type your text ,it will come within the box boundaries

yes DA its easy.
Mqawee do tell kya banta hai...btw you can use online editor too but its fussy :(
I use that for .gif images.
