ye mujhe bhi kuch ziada palle nahin paRi. shayar is just repeating his thoughts throughout the Ghazal. In these lines he might be saying that ‘subh subh jo phoolon main tazgi hai. freshness. Its just becuase unka mehboob subh subh garden ka chakar laga ke aaya hoga’. phenkne wali poetry
