I use Avon kajalstick.It's excellent and it only costs a couple of £'s,no smudging,and I can do a thin line or more for a smoky look.

i have kajol pencil of max factor which stays 4 long time and waterproof.

The reason why eye pencil smudges/fades under the eyes is due to the natural oils which are released through the skin.
What you h ave to do is set the skin before applying pencil.
The best way to do this is (if you are applying a base, do that first) to take a thin eyeliner brush and an eyeshadow of the same colour and to lightly apply eyeshadow under the eyes as you would eyeliner. Then go over with eyeliner and I PROMISE, at the end of the day, your eyeliner will still look nice and fresh!
