hi every one tell me one thing that any one visited kaghan in december. is it possible to go there in this dec ? r resturents open in these days ? if some visited plz tell me thanx

I have been there twice but both times in month of July. I dont think Kaghan would be proper place to visit during snowfall season because whole area is blocked because of heavy snow (I'm not too sure though, just telling what people told me). However, Nathiagali and other galiyat are accessible during this season.. so you can visit it.
