ok i want to get a kaftan stitched and i have not been able to find a GOOD sample to show my tailor.
could you girls post pictures of some chifon kaftaans. and actually explain how should it be stitched 
(am bad at the explaining bit, and my tailor even worse at registering it ;))

these are some trendy tops kaftans and some simple ones the techique is the stiching on boths side its very simple …
some more these are easy for stiching patterens just see the simple stiching on both sides.

I dunno about chiffon but check out "Daaman" on Facebook. They have some awesome kaftan designs! :)

just one thing, you get it stitched on both sides completely? or do you leave the chaak open? and the lining below is stitched alongside or you could make a separate shirt to wear from inside??

its get stiched till the end no chaks at all and its on ur will u can make seperate or ask ur tailor to
do stich it with the kaftan.
buts its better make it separate.

its very simply to make it
u take the stuff that u hv
u just wrinkle that stuf once like long as ur shirt should be
draw ur fitting of ur kameez on that stuff and sew it once
ur kaftan is ready
