When Shahan confessed on tv his mum was upset/crying and his wife was crying throughout but his wife’s main concern was Noor but it doesn’t appear to have a large impact . Izat isn’t mentioned after that scene. Only if they could have shown Syed Omar coming to term with Izat being his daughter or regreting he’s done wrong and a bit about how Shahans mum and wife treat her it would have been more fullfilling .
