kachi grilled chicken :/

I used a stove top grill pan with ridges for grilling(something like it anyways) chicken breasts. I followed the recipe exactly but my chicken isn’t pakka and it’s not brown either. It’s got the strong grill marks though. What have I done wrong, Food lord?

probably, you had to cover it to give your chicken the uniform high temperature throughout the cooking time. i think so!
